Cancer Kids Carnival Hits Homerun at MV Elks
The Mission Viejo-Saddleback Valley Elks Lodge #2444 was converted into an amusement park on Saturday, June 11 by 56 Elks and non-Elk volunteers. Gloomy skies and a light drizzle did not dampen the spirit and enthusiasm as 157 attendees laughed, played and celebrated life together at an incredible Carnival for our Cancer Kids.

"Ready, Set, Stuff!" Mission Viejo Elks supported our Veterans Committee by stuffing over 700 socks Friday night with goodies donated by members for the Socks for Heroes program organized by Gold Star Parents Carla and Jim Hogan. Socks were stuffed with beef jerky, fast food condiments, candy, energy drinks, energy bars and much more. Plus all dinner guests had an opportunity to "write a card to our Troops" that will accompany the Socks for Heroes for the long trip to Baghdad next week. Thank you to everyone who donated goodies, everyone who helped stuff the socks, Veterans Chairman Dave Perry for organizing the effort, Carla and Jim Hogan and especially our TROOPS. Elks Care, Elks Share.

Message from our ER

Welcome to the Friendliest Lodge in Orange County.

Join our Exalted Ruler David McLeod and the officer corps for a Monday night steak or Friday night Prime Rib. Check our calendar for a complete list of all of our events and activities.

The Mission Viejo Elks is a very active lodge with plenty to keep you and your family busy, and plenty of volunteer events to bring your family together.

Come in on a Friday night and enjoy live music and a fantastic dinner. Then stay the evening with us and get to know what it means to be an Elk. We know you will come back again and again.

And remember that every Wednesday is BINGO WEDNESDAY and open to the public! Bring your friends.
